They clearly must still have some sort of interest in you if they act this way. It’s also a sign that they’re conflicting with themselves about how they feel about you.
Your ex may also want you back if they behave in a competitive and heavy manner towards you. They are probably attempting to persuade themselves that it is a good idea to carry on without you. They will no doubt tell you what a good time they are having without you and how much better things are.
